Gensel Reyes was the Distinguished Graduate of our first OBAP Houston ACE Academy. He aspires to be a Navy pilot after graduating from Texas A&M University.

I was the guest speaker for this camp that was held at Ellington. David Jackson and Gensel Reyes were participants. First Officer, Xavier Samuels Houston Chapter President and Albert Glenn, Chairman of the Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals (OBAP) hosted the Marlon DeWitt Green Houston Aviation Career Education, (ACE )Academy. The "ACE Academy" is a week long summer experience for high school students (9-12 graders) that introduces students to Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) through Aviation.
