“With so much of the world’s purchasing power located beyond our nation’s borders, improving access to new consumers and markets for America’s farmers, ranchers and manufacturers must be a top priority. I am encouraged by today’s bipartisan cooperation on this issue and look forward to working with Senators from both parties to improve opportunities to boost trade and grow our economy.”
