LAS VEGAS (Feb. 2, 2015) — Love is complicated, so let the restaurants at MGM Resorts International take the pressure off making Valentine’s Day special. Mix and match to create a romantic culinary journey or select the experience that best represents your love story. Guests can select a variety of dining options fit for every level of a relationship at Bellagio, ARIA, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Delano Las Vegas, The Mirage, Monte Carlo and Circus Circus.

Single and ready to mingle doesn’t even sum it up. Sign up for a Valentine’s Day cooking class at Hecho en Vegas at MGM Grand. You never know who you might meet during this interactive demonstration. Find your soulmate while making a perfect margarita, the restaurant’s signature table-side guacamole and other Mexican dishes.
This class is available for $75 per guest and starts at 2 p.m.
Making a hearty breakfast from scratch is a big commitment. Instead, take your new fling to Della’s Kitchen at Delano for the Red Velvet Pancakes, served with a cream cheese glaze and caramel-flavored cocoa nibs.
BLVD Creamery at Monte Carlo hosts The Perfect Valentine’s Date which won’t lock you down for dinner but still wows your date. The night begins with a reserved table lit by candlelight. Guests have a choice to share a Banana Split or a Chocolate Lava Cake. Sip on a bottle of Veuve Clicquot while the night ends with chocolate covered strawberries. It will be a night you won’t forget as you leave with complimentary BLVD Creamery champagne flutes.
This experience is available for $25 per person or $40 per couple.
Worried about awkward conversation on the first date? Let the entertainment at Crossroads at Mandalay Bay drown out those silent moments. Woody’s Rampage & Sammy Hagar Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp will be performing while you dine on a three-course pre-fixe menu. Beverage specials also will be available.

It’s dinner for two with a Valentine’s Day menu that features Kushi Oysters, Honey Roasted Fig and Arugula Salad, Lobster Ravioli; choice of Dover Sole or Lollipop Ribeye, and sweetly finishes with a Strawberry Cheesecake.
