ST. LOUIS, Mo., March 22, 2016— The Sansone family knows that dog is man’s best friend. Because of their love for dogs, The Normal Brand is making donations to homeless dogs in their community on National Puppy Day, March 23.
The Normal Brand will be supporting Stray Rescue of St. Louis by donating a brand-new dog bed to them for every The Normal Brand sale made on National Puppy Day. While they want to celebrate the special day with a gift, their main goal for this initiative is awareness.
“We want to give back and make these dogs’ days a little brighter with a new bed, however, we also want to help make the rest of their lives brighter by helping them find a loving home,” said Sansone. “The companionship of a dog is something so special, and these dogs don’t get the chance to share it with anyone. Our hope is that by openly supporting this shelter and these dogs that we can help them find their forever families.”
Stray Rescue of St. Louis is a no-kill shelter that rescues stray animals that have been abandoned, abused or neglected and are in need of medical attention. After rescuing the dogs, they nurse them back to health and help them find a loving, adoptive home. For more information about this organization, visit their website.
