Black Houston Doctor Discriminated Against By Delta Flight Attendant

A black Houston doctor is making claims that a Delta airlines flight attendant was discriminating against her due to her race when she tried to offer assistance to an ill passenger on her flight. Dr. Tamika Cross said she immediately notified the attendant when the call went out for a physician on board only to be questioned about her credentials by the attendant. Then refusing Dr. Cross’ help to utilize the help of a white male man that showed no credentials and said he was a doctor. Delta Airlines is said to be investigating the claims.
