Houston celebrates Latina innovation and leadership as over 500 entrepreneurs unite for the 3rd Annual Latina Entrepreneurship Conference this September.

Over 500 Latina small business owners and female founders are expected to gather in Downtown Houston on Saturday, September 20, 2025, for the 3rd Annual Latina Entrepreneurship Conference. Scheduled at the George R. Brown Convention Center, the event aligns with Hispanic Heritage Month and continues to serve as a key platform for celebrating and empowering Latina entrepreneurs across the country.

The one-day conference, held in the nation’s fourth-largest city, commemorates Latina Entrepreneurship Day, which was officially recognized in Houston in 2022. The event aims to support Latina business leaders through programming focused on leadership, innovation, access to capital, and community development.

Participants will have access to three concurrent content tracks, featuring keynote addresses, expert-led panels, and interactive roundtables. The agenda also includes a special brunch presentation, a curated local artisan market, and an exhibition space designed to provide attendees with resources and networking opportunities.

The conference is organized by Amigas & Friends Network, Inc., a Houston-based nonprofit, in collaboration with the nationally recognized Latina Leadership Podcast. Now in its 10th season, the podcast has spotlighted over 120 Latina leaders, including trailblazers such as astronaut Ellen Ochoa and singer Adassa from Disney’s Encanto. The platform continues to highlight inspiring stories from corporate executives and everyday entrepreneurs alike.
