Boy Scouts of America Welcomes Transgender Children

The Boy Scouts of America announced a decision to allow transgender children to belong to the organization. The decision follows a suit filed by New Jersey mom Kristie Maldonado after her 8-year-old son Joe, was kicked out of his local chapter because he was born a girl.
