Al Rucker’s Dolce Lounge Brings Vivica’s Black Magic Dancer “Bolo” to Ignite Houston Area Women’s Fantasies

HOUSTON — Everyone was rather hot and bothered (but in a good way) Wednesday night as Dolce Ultra Lounge and Bistro hosted the stars of Vivica A. Fox’s new show, “Vivica’s Black Magic,” for its premiere on Lifetime TV Network! The new docu-series focuses on Fox’s idea to create an exotic urban male revue that is fluent in selling fantasies all across the nation.
Darrin Henson, the show’s choreographer and director, came to the Houston area, along with Michael “Bolo” Boilware, to give local women a little more than they bargained for.
When asked how he became involved with the show, Henson said, “Vivica and I are like sisters and brothers. I’ve never done reality before, and it was an opportunity to choreograph and take a show all the way to Vegas.”
Henson had multiple projects and, on the first episode, had to leave the entertainers to rehearse themselves on a routine he crafted. Well, not all the men were too pleased with the routine and decided to change things up a bit. Did it work? It sure did!
At the viewing party held at Dolce, owned by Houston businessman Al Rucker, the audience got to see the great performance on screen, then was treated live and in living color – to a personal appearance by one of the show’s stars. Bolo, who was handpicked by non-other than Ms. Vivica Fox herself, gave the packed room of Houston area ladies a night many of them will likely never forget.
BOLO, short for “Be on the Look Out,” said he valued the experience of working with Fox, who he said, is nothing short of a boss.
“I understand her intensity. I understand why she’s so passionate about what she does, because it’s her name on the line. She was definitely beautiful to work with. She was cool when she had to be cool, and she was hard when she had to be hard,” he said.
Bolo proved exactly why he is one of Fox’s chosen eight. Let’s just say, he left the Houston women screaming and begging for more.
You can catch him, Fox and the other sexy men every Wednesday night on Lifetime Television Network.
And you can also check out Dolce Ultra Lounge and Bistro on any night of the week, where there is a special show for almost every interest. The hot spot, which is located at 18039 FM 529 Ste. A in Cypress, Texas, has nights dedicated to comedy, live bands, poetry and Sunday brunch.
