Farmers Market Set to Reopen in East End Houston

New health and safety protocols to be implemented

After remaining closed for 13 weeks due to city-wide restrictions, locals and tourists will now be able to enjoy the traditional delicacies available at the Farmers Market on the award-winning Navigation Esplanade in East End Houston. A total of 25 vendors will be back on Sunday, June 14th, with a wide variety of fresh vegetables and fruits as well the unique art and crafts of local artisans. Vendors will include:

*Fredericksburg peaches and fresh vegetables from Junior’s Produce, Farmer Joe Farms, R&L Farms. Fresh Eggs from Da Vinci Farms

*Other food vendors include Harris County General Store, Chef “D”, Nisha’s Indian Foods, and Mama’s Tamales.

The reopening will require vendors to follow a 10-point guideline that includes a 10-feet separation between all booths, face coverings and gloves, constant booth sanitation, and no sampling.

Everyone is invited to enjoy the charm of East End Houston and support local vendors.
