Texas-based homebuilder Perry Homes has announced the company is now offering new homes for sale in Audubon, a 3,000-acre Sam Yager development and master-planned community located in Magnolia. Situated off Highway 249 and FM 1488, Audubon is the first major master-planned community in Magnolia and is expected to be at the forefront of the area’s growth with resort-style amenities and more than 500 acres set aside for mixed-use development, including shopping and dining.

Perry Homes will begin construction in January on its 60- and 70-foot model homes, both of which are scheduled to open in April 2022.

The new 60-foot model home, design 2,944P, will include four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The open-concept home will feature a 12-foot entrance with a statement light piece. The modern dining room will flow into the spacious family room, which will offer a fireplace and abundant lighting from a wall of windows.

The 70-foot model home will be 3,300 square feet with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, one half bathroom, and a large game room set at the back of the home. The kitchen will have 15-foot ceilings overlooking the dining area and family room with a wall of windows.

The builder’s 60-foot homesite design offerings in Audubon will range from 2,400 to 3,700 square feet. The 70-foot homesites will range from 3,200 to 4,000 square feet. Prices for the builder’s 60-foot series in the Audubon community start from the mid $400,000s, while the 70-foot series starts from the mid $500,000s.

Surrounded by groves of regal trees, Audubon will feature resort style amenities such as nature trails, parks and outdoor activities, a pool with water features and its own recreation center, Club Audubon. Located at the intersection of TX-249 and FM-1488, Audubon offers a laid-back lifestyle in center of growth in Magnolia while being close enough to all that Tomball and The Woodlands has to offer with entertainment and upscale dining.
