The highly anticipated Wine & Dine XIV event brings together exceptional talents: Houston’s own Michelle Wallace, Top Chef alum and celebrated pitmaster, and Jackie van Sant Downes, a renowned Texas winemaker, in collaboration with JŪN’s chef/co-owners Evelyn Garcia and Henry Lu.

The evening’s collaborative four-course tasting menu blends Michelle’s southern pitmaster expertise and her culinary studies in China with JŪN’s innovative take on new Asian cuisine, inspired by Henry’s Chinese heritage and Evelyn’s El Salvadorian and Mexican roots. Menu highlights include:
