The inaugural TechHer Talk & Awards, held during Independence weekend, was a resounding celebration of Black women's achievements in the tech industry. Hosted by Insights Marketing and supported by Amazon, Microsoft, Reworld, and Walmart Business, this event honored trailblazers who are making significant strides in technology.

Keshia Walker, Founder & Chairwoman of the Black Collegiate Gaming Association (BCGA), set the tone with a powerful opening, highlighting the stark underrepresentation of Black women in technology. She emphasized BCGA's mission to empower Black and women of color college students to enter the gaming industry, advocating for greater diversity and inclusion.
