The Young Women's College Preparatory Academy (YWCPA) seniors of the Houston Independent School District (HISD) recently received a grand tribute at the 3rd Annual Trailblazer Awards Luncheon. This prestigious event celebrates the remarkable achievements and steadfast dedication of the academy’s graduating class, reaffirming YWCPA's legacy of academic excellence and leadership.

Since its inception in 2015, YWCPA has maintained an impressive track record: 100% of its graduating seniors have been accepted into four-year degree programs. This exceptional achievement highlights the academy's commitment to providing a nurturing and empowering educational environment for young women, ensuring they are well-prepared for higher education and beyond.
