Capt. Jason Tumlinson, left, USS Boxer (LHD 4) executive officer, and a native of Spokane, Washington, presents the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal to Chief Culinary Specialist Michael Cosek, a native of Baytown, Texas, for his tour as the food service leading chief petty officer aboard Boxer.
