Goodnight Hospitality, the team behind Houston favorites MARCH, Rosie Cannonball, and Montrose Cheese & Wine, is thrilled to announce the opening of The Marigold Club on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 2531 Kuester St, Houston, TX 77006. Located in Montrose, The Marigold Club blends classic French cuisine with the opulence of Mayfair London and Houston’s vibrant spirit for a unique dining experience.

Led by CEO June Rodil, a Master Sommelier, and James Beard-nominated chef Felipe Riccio, with partners Bailey and Pete McCarthy, Goodnight Hospitality brings exceptional expertise and Southern hospitality to this new venture. The restaurant's concept has been developed with Austin Waiter, former Executive Chef of Houston’s Tony’s.

Rodil expresses joy in collaborating with Waiter, stating, “Having Austin join us as a partner in our biggest and most lavish concept to date has been a complete joy.” Waiter, who trained in prestigious London restaurants, offers a menu featuring French-inspired cuisine with a London twist. Highlights include Kaluga Caviar Sandwich, Fish “Not” Chips, Crescent Island Duck Wellington, and an expansive raw bar.

Dessert options are equally impressive, with bespoke Sundae carts offering customizable treats and other delicacies like Baba Rum Cake and Banoffee pie.

Waiter shares, “Dining at The Marigold Club is going to be unlike any other experience in Houston,” emphasizing the unique blend of London-inspired dishes and East Coast-sourced seafood.

The beverage program, curated by Rodil and Wine Director Ryan Cooper, features a global selection of wines, champagnes, martinis, and a British high tea service launching with brunch in September. 

The Marigold Club's upscale interior, designed by FoxFox Studios, features plush green velvet ceilings, bespoke artwork, and custom-made Murano glass chandeliers. The space includes an 18-person private dining room and a 40-seat enclosed patio.

The Marigold Club will be open Sunday, Tuesday-Thursday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Friday-Saturday from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Brunch service starts in September.
