This innovative initiative aims to ignite the passion for aviation among girls of all ages, offering them a chance to delve into the fascinating world of flight and aerospace.

The Discover Aviation patch program invites Girl Scouts of all levels, from Daisies to Ambassadors, to immerse themselves in 22 engaging activities tailored to their age group. Through hands-on experiences, educational workshops, and inspiring guest speakers, girls will:

📜 Discover the remarkable contributions of women in aviation history.

✈️ Pilot their own planes in state-of-the-art flight simulators.

🚀 Explore diverse career opportunities in the aviation industry.

The program kicks off with a spectacular Launch Event on Saturday, March 23, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Lone Star Flight Museum. Daisies and Brownies will embark on a captivating museum tour, while older Girl Scouts will engage in thrilling flight simulations and interactive workshops led by industry professionals.
