The Houston Arboretum & Nature Center is thrilled to present its latest event, *Connecting Communities,* on Saturday, November 16, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This one-day-only celebration is designed to bring Houstonians together in the beautiful embrace of nature, fostering inclusivity and a shared love for our environment. This event is part of the national **Outdoors for All** movement, which aims to make natural spaces accessible, welcoming, and enjoyable for people from all walks of life. Get Moving with the GRIT Freedom Chair – Test out the Arboretum’s new all-terrain GRIT Freedom Chair, designed to make exploring the outdoors easier for individuals of all abilities. Built with rugged Houston trails in mind, this demo is perfect for anyone curious about adaptive outdoor equipment.

Location: Houston Arboretum, 4501 Woodway Dr., Houston, 77024. An alternate entrance is available at 120 West Loop North, between Post Oak and Woodway.

Cost: Free admission – no need to purchase a ticket!
