The National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) continues its mission to uplift Black communities through real estate, with the organization set to honor some of the most outstanding Black professionals in the industry. As part of its upcoming Building Black Wealth Tour, NAREB will salute the winners of its prestigious Top 100 Blacks in Real Estate Awards—a group of professionals who collectively executed a staggering $4.7 billion in real estate transactions in 2023.

Celebrating Black Achievement in Real Estate

The Top 100 winners, all members of NAREB, known as Realtists, represent a powerful force in the real estate industry. They have not only shattered financial milestones but also made substantial contributions to their communities. Among these achievers are individual brokers, residential and commercial brokerages, teams, and loan officers whose work has helped close the racial wealth gap by increasing Black homeownership.

"We are incredibly proud of the accomplishments of these Black real estate professionals," said NAREB President Dr. Courtney Johnson Rose. "Their collective efforts underscore the impact that Black real estate professionals are having on their communities, and we will ensure they receive the recognition they deserve at our Building Black Wealth events nationwide."

NAREB's Building Black Wealth Tour will provide these top performers with a platform to be honored in their regional communities, celebrating their success and highlighting their contributions to the real estate sector. The tour serves not only as a celebration but also as an educational tool, showing communities how real estate can be leveraged as a powerful vehicle for wealth-building.

A Tribute to Black Real Estate Leadership

These top-performing Realtists epitomize the best of the Black real estate community, helping families and individuals achieve homeownership, and in turn, build generational wealth.

NAREB also recently announced special recognition for Andreda Randelson of The Vine Realty Group in Mobile, AL, who was awarded the Realtist Community Impact Award for her outstanding contributions to her local community. This award highlights individuals who not only excel professionally but also dedicate themselves to making a tangible difference through real estate in underserved communities.

Building Wealth, Building Futures

As the nation’s premier network of Black real estate professionals, NAREB plays a pivotal role in advocating for increased Black homeownership. The organization's mission aligns with the broader effort to dismantle systemic barriers that have historically limited Black participation in the real estate market.

"Our awards are more than just a celebration of individual success," said C. Renee Wilson, NAREB’s executive director. "They are a recognition of the profound impact these professionals have on Black communities across the country. Their dedication and commitment are helping consumers build wealth, inspire others, and foster economic growth in Black neighborhoods."

By acknowledging the accomplishments of the Top 100 Blacks in Real Estate, NAREB continues to shine a spotlight on the incredible work being done by Black professionals in the field. These awardees are not just closing deals—they are laying the foundation for stronger, wealthier Black communities, one transaction at a time.

As NAREB’s Building Black Wealth Tour progresses, it serves as a reminder of the powerful role real estate can play in the pursuit of financial freedom, generational wealth, and economic equality. With a clear mission and dedicated leadership, NAREB is poised to make an even greater impact in the years to come.
