Rivera’s history with TDECU dates back to 2005 when she played a pivotal role in launching and managing the Victoria Mall location. Her leadership propelled her to the role of market director, where she navigated mergers, acquisitions, and expansions that strengthened TDECU’s presence. After a successful tenure in executive roles at another financial institution, Rivera returns to TDECU with an even broader skill set and a renewed focus on enhancing the member experience.

Her return comes at a crucial time as TDECU continues to expand its footprint in the Crossroads region. With firsthand knowledge of the community’s evolving financial needs, Rivera is expected to drive initiatives that support members in achieving key financial milestones, from building credit to homeownership.

TDECU leadership expressed strong confidence in Rivera’s ability to lead the region, citing her deep understanding of the local landscape and her proven track record in financial services. Her expertise is further reinforced by her academic credentials, including a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of Houston–Victoria. Additionally, she holds a Senior Certified Professional designation from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) and is recognized as a CX Professional by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).

As TDECU expands its services in the Crossroads region, Rivera’s leadership is set to play a crucial role in shaping the future of member engagement. Her return underscores TDECU’s ongoing mission to serve as a trusted financial partner for generations to come.
