Families are invited to roll out the red carpet for a dazzling evening of music, memories and Hollywood-inspired fun at the Rosenberg Civic Center’s annual Mother/Son Dance, “Hollywood Nights,” taking place Friday, June 12, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Rosenberg Civic Center, 3825 Highway 36 S. in Rosenberg.
This year’s star-studded theme will transform the Civic Center into a glamorous celebration worthy of the silver screen. Guests are encouraged to dress like movie stars and enjoy an evening packed with upbeat music, games, sweet treats, photo opportunities and plenty of red-carpet moments.
Organizers say the event is designed to create unforgettable memories for families while offering a fun and welcoming atmosphere for all attendees. Although called the Mother/Son Dance, the event is open to a variety of family pairings, including aunts and grandmothers bringing their favorite little stars for the evening.
Tickets are currently on sale for $25 per adult, while children attend free. Semi-formal attire is suggested, though not required. Organizers remind attendees that tickets must be purchased in advance and caution residents to only buy tickets through the City’s official account to avoid scams or unauthorized resellers.
With limited space available and high demand expected, families are encouraged to reserve their spots early before tickets sell out.
