Families in the Houston-area region will have an opportunity to focus on health and wellness this September as Kroger brings its 2026 Kroger Wellness Tour to the community.

On Saturday, September 12, Kroger will host a free community wellness event at 20168 Eva St. in Montgomery from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will feature a 1K color run, product sampling, wellness workshops, live cooking demonstrations, fitness activations and giveaways.

The event is open to the public and will provide residents with opportunities to learn more about nutrition and healthier everyday choices while enjoying activities for the community.

In addition to the Montgomery event, Kroger will host in-store wellness activations every Friday and Saturday throughout September. The activations will give shoppers access to better-for-you product samples, Kroger Health experts and nutrition resources while they shop.

Customers can expect:

• Dietitian-approved OptUP® product samples
• Access to Kroger pharmacists and dietitians
• Nutrition education and wellness resources
• Health and wellness activities

The events are part of Kroger’s nationwide 2026 Wellness Tour, which is taking place at stores across the country throughout September. The initiative is focused on making nutrition education, health resources and better-for-you choices more accessible to customers in their local communities.
