This fall, Missouri City will welcome a legendary lineup of musicians, including four-time Grammy Award Winner Wayne Toups and Jazz Legend Kim Waters, to take the stage for its Second Annual Community Night Out weekend festivities on Saturday, Oct. 7 and Sunday, Oct. 8 at the City Hall Complex, 1522 Texas Pkwy.
