AIDS Foundation Houston, Inc. (AFH) hosts the 29th annual AIDS Walk Houston and “Rock the Walk” concert and finish line party on Sunday, March 4, 2018, at Sam Houston Park in Downtown Houston. This signature event—the city’s single greatest response in the fight against HIV/AIDS—raises funds that help local HIV/AIDS service organizations provide programs and services to almost 30,000 Houstonians impacted by the virus.
