The East End Improvement Corporation (501c3) proudly announces the 2019 East End Street Fest, taking place on Saturday, October 19 from 2pm to 9:30pm at 2800 Navigation Boulevard. This FREE annual festival, which drew over 13,000 registered attendees last year, celebrates the vibrant community in historic East End Houston.
