Compudopt to Bring Free Xfinity Internet Service to Thousands of Families in Several U.S. Cities

In a significant stride toward bridging the digital divide, Compudopt, a national nonprofit dedicated to providing free technology access and education to under-resourced youth and their communities, has partnered with Comcast to offer complimentary high-speed Xfinity Internet services to thousands of families across Houston, Atlanta, and Chicago. This initiative, launched on February 24, 2025, in Houston, also saw 200 families receiving free laptop computers, underscoring the commitment to enhancing digital accessibility in underserved communities.
