Houston’s fashion scene has a rising star, and her name is Kuteka Hill. The talented Houston Community College (HCC) Fashion Design student made waves at the ninth annual Fashion Fusion competition—hosted by the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston (MFAH)—where she not only claimed first place in the Sustainability & Unconventional category but also walked away with the prestigious Best in Show award.
