Photography by Vicky Pink - On Monday, June 17, 2013, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at the Federal Reserve Bank Building for the Comcast 2013 Leaders and Achievers Scholarship Luncheon. Comcast Houston recognized 52 local high school seniors and awarded them the annual Comcast Houston - Leaders and Achievers Scholarship! A total of $56,000 in scholarship funding was awarded with 51 students receiving $1,000 each and one receiving $5,000. Some in attendance were Houston City Controller Ronald Green, Lucy Bremond, Tiffany Payne, Erika Myshawn, and Comcast’s Douglas Guthrie, Charisse Lillie, and Yolanda Green.
