Photography by Roswitha Vogler - On Wednesday, November 13, 2013, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at LaGriglia as Cindy Clifford hosted a luncheon to welcome the new Houston Chronicle Editor and Vice President Nancy Barnes. Barnes is a history maker as she is the first woman to hold this top position at the Houston Chronicle in its 112 year history. Many gathered rolled out the Southern hospitality to welcome Barnes with food, friends, and fun. Some in attendance were Mayor Annise Parker, Attorney Ping Sung, Miya Shay, Joe Fuller, former Houston City Councilwomen Anne Clutterbuck, Melissa Noreiga and Sue Lovell.
