Photography by Vicky Pink On Wednesday, July 30, 2014, Houston Style Magazine was on hand in Boston, MA at the Sheraton Boston Hotel for the 2014 National Association of Black Journalists Convention and Career Fair Welcome Reception. The convention kicked off by welcoming thousands of journalists, media executives, public relations professionals, and students to the 39th convention and career fair and Boston at a festive reception and opening ceremonies. The Boston Globe and the Greater Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau sponsored the affair and Paul Burton and Carole Simpson hosted it. Some spotted in the crowd were Cindy George, Freddie Willis Jr., Mary Benton, and Jerome Solomon.
