Photography by Roswitha Vogler On Monday, December 1, 2014, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at the home of Lester & Dr. Penelope Marks for a reception honoring Rick Lowe, founder of Project Row Houses & Artist. The exclusive affair hosted by Houston Mayor Annise Parker, Cindy Clifford, Jonathon Glus, and Lester & Dr. Penelope Marks recognized Lowe for his accomplishment of being named a MacArthur Foundation Fellow commonly known as a Genius Grant. Some in attendance Jason Fuller, Mark Prague, Judge Zinetta Burney, Mary Benton, Sharon Bragg, Sue Lovell, and Dr. Renu Khator.
