Photography by Vicky Pink On Saturday, March 29, 2014, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at the Bayou City Event Center for the 2014 Annual Dinner hosted by KIPP Houston Public Schools. It was an evening to celebrate the 20th anniversary of KIPP helping Houston’s underserved children climb the mountain to and through college. Also at the affair 48 Original KIPPsters from 1994 and YES Prep Public Schools were honored. Arvia and Jason Few chaired the event. Some in attendance were Miya Shay, Gene Wu, Cindy Clifford, Jason Fuller, Dr. Reagan Flowers, and Laolu Davies-Yemitan.
