Photography by Vicky Pink On Saturday, October 18, 2014, Houston Style Magazine was on hand at the home of Cynthia (Ferrell) Sample and Ron Sample for Cocktail for a Cause benefitting Change Happens! The pre-luncheon celebration honored the non-profit organization’s legacy of service for the past 25 years of helping children and families in and around the Houston area. Change Happens! (formerly FUUSA) has been a staple of stability and hope for Houston. Some in attendance were Change Happens! founder Rev. Leslie Smith, John Guess, Anita Bates, and Mary Fontenont.
