He recently was named the Democratic nominee to replace Senator Rodney Ellis, who was elected as a Harris County Commissioner. Carter has a long standing history of working for citizens and the community. She wants to take her service to another level by serving in the State House of Representatives for District 146. The reception she held was to help fundraise for her campaign to work for the people. Stand up with Erica!
