HCCF Gala Crystal Eagle Honoree Dr. Ruth J. Simmons was overcome with emotion when HCC Foundation Board Chair Ryan McCauley announced $25,000 Endowed Scholarship established by the HCC Foundation Board in Dr. Ruth Simmons’ honor from the gala stage.
