Members of the Fifth Ward Community Protest Budget Cuts to Superfund Site

In Houston’s historic Fifth Ward, neighbors worry that politics and profits are taking priority over cleaning up their community. Neighbors are saying their community is surrounded by toxic hazards and instead of cleaning up their neighborhood they are being further boxed in by the chemicals to make room for new development. It something they told News Fix is environmental racism.
