Houston Texans Announce 2023 Schedule
In 2023, the Houston Texans will surpass 15,000 miles of travel for road contests and will kick off their campaign on the road against the Baltimore Ravens on September 10, marking the earliest matchup between the two teams in franchise history and just the eighth time the Texans have started the season on the road.

Grant Applications Now Open for Local Artists and Cultural Nonprofits In Need of Disaster Relief from Harvey Arts Recovery Fund
the Harvey Arts Recovery Fund (HARF), which supports Houston artists, performers, musicians and arts and culture organizations in need of disaster assistance. The second round of grant awards will be distributed this spring and the application is open from Feb. 15 to March 1, 2018 at www.harveyartsrecovery.org. When Shareef McDonald was 14 years old, his family was looking for something to steer him away from crime and violence in their Chicago community. Though Shareef was only in the 9th grade, he’d already lost classmates to homicide and feared a similar fate. Once he got connected to the Chicago Kappa League; his whole world-view changed. His grades improved, he earned scholarships to Ivy League schools and studied aboard. He graduated and now has a successful banking career.
