Baltimore police commissioner resigns after failing to file his taxes
Baltimore Police Commissioner Darryl De Sousa resigned Tuesday, less than a week after he was charged with failing to file income tax returns for three years. As many of you may have seen, City Council passed the $5.2 billion Fiscal Year 2018 Operating Budget this week, which includes $2.4 billion from the tax-generated General Fund.
