Mayor Sylvester Turner @ the 4th Annual UNICEF Audrey Hepburn® Society Ball

The Southwest Regional office of the U.S. Fund for UNICEF hosted the fourth annual UNICEF Audrey Hepburn® Society Ball to celebrate UNICEF’s lifesaving work for children around the world and honored the outstanding humanitarians who make our work possible. UNICEF Ambassador and actress Angie Harmon received the Spirit of Compassion Award for her commitment to saving and protecting the lives of children in the United States and around the world. Rosanette and Harry Cullen were presented with the Margaret Alkek Williams Humanitarian Award for their extraordinary contributions to the causes of children, health and education in the city of Houston and the state of Texas through the Cullen Foundation. Emceed by Deborah Duncan, host of Great Day Houston, the evening featured a live performance by Grammy Award®winning recording artist and humanitarian Michael Bolton and an appearance by Mayor Sylvester Turner. Funds raised at the event will support UNICEF’s work to end child trafficking in the United States and around the world.
