In this liquidity event, ZT Restaurants, L.P. sold its assets of world-renowned Quick Service Restaurants brand, Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen. ZT Restaurants, L.P. partners will make over a 25% return in addition to their original investment. The investment has generated an IRR of over 23%, which includes 10% cash on cash distributions during the investment life cycle.

Funeral services will take place in Houston, TX at Second Baptist Church on Wednesday, August 9th at 11:00 a.m. On Thursday, August 10th, Governor White will be driven to Austin, TX where he will lay in state in the Capitol rotunda from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., after which he will be driven to the Texas State Cemetery to be laid to rest in a private ceremony for family.
