Texans May Have A Hard Time Stopping Browns TE David Njoku On Sunday

With the Texans upcoming game against the Cleveland Browns, a lot has been made about the one-two punch of Browns running backs Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt, and rightfully so as the two combined for 230 yards rushing in a Week 10 victory over the Texans. Yet, it may be another offensive weapon that starting quarterback Baker Mayfield has at his disposal that Houston should pay attention to and that is tight end David Njoku.

Houston Texans Rookie Floyd Allen Talks About Being Homeless

Back in 2018, I decided that I was going to see what it would be like to live out of my car. For two days in a row (One documented on social media through Facebook Live) I lived as if I had nowhere to go. Let me say that those were the hardest two days I have ever been through in my life and I have lived in the Middle East (Afghanistan) for a year in the mountains.

For James Harden It’s Business as Usual

A familiar face made its way back to the basketball court on Thursday. To the NBA world it was refreshing to see. For the Houston Rockets it was business as usual. McCullers dominates in exhibition

I have always been taught to appreciate the small things in life and never take anything for granted. Astros starting right-hand pitcher Lance McCullers Jr. has that same mindset heading into the shortened 2020 MLB season. McCullers took the mound on Monday night against the Kansas City Royals in Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City and looked like the All-Star pitcher from 2017.

Let’s Play Ball Finally

Major League Baseball is set to play a 60-game season this year

If 2020 hasn’t taught us anything else, we have learned that nothing is ever done in a normal fashion on a day-to-day basis and this past Tuesday was no different.

No Doubt: James Harden Is On Pace to Win His Second NBA-MVP Award

There was a pretty big game on Wednesday night between the Houston Rockets and Milwaukee Bucks. It was a showdown between two of the hottest teams in the NBA. The Bucks have the best record in the Eastern Conference and the Rockets are in a dogfight for third in the West behind Golden State Warriors and Denver Nuggets. But that’s not why there was a sold-out crowd at the Fiserv Forum in Wisconsin.

Astros Welcome Back Two Key Players As They Defeat The Washington Nationals 5-0

The Astros got a familiar face back in the lineup on Sunday as they defeat the Washington Nationals 5-0. Good Competition: Astros defeat the Indians behind a dominant pitching performance from Gerrit Cole

If you grew up in a house with siblings who played sports, you are very familiar with the competition. Back in 1982, former NBA player Reggie Miller came home from a high school game excited and elated about the 39 points he scored in his basketball game. Now for any other family that would have been great, but not for a family that contained future NCAA champion in women’s basketball, Cheryl Miller.

Brantley’s bat and Javier’s arm helps the Astros bounce back with a 2-1 victory over the Rangers

Earlier this season, Astros manager Dusty Baker called his All-Star left fielder Michael Brantley a “Professional Hitter.” On Tuesday night Brantley held true to that title by blasting a two-run homerun over the right field wall which proved to be all the runs the Astros (20-15) would need as they defeated the Texas Rangers (13-22) 2-1 at Minute Maid Park. It was Brantley’s second homerun in as many games against the Rangers having hit a three-run shot the night before.

2020 Disappointment, Brings Astros Joy In 2021

Fast forward to 2021, and it looked as if the Astros would find themselves on the losing end of another ALCS. The Boston Red Sox had all the momentum, as they led the best-of-seven series 2-1 at home and headed towards a commanding 3-1 lead before a solo home run by Jose Altuve in the top of the eighth inning of Game 4 tied the game. That seemed to awaken the Astros bats as they would score seven more runs in the next inning and even the series at two games apiece.
