Students at The Lawson Academy Pledge to End Bullying through Mentoring Program at Foster Elementary
On Wednesday, April 5 from 9:45 am to 10:45 am, Healing Family Inc., will host Safe Kids R-US, an anti-bullying workshop for teen and elementary girls at Foster Elementary (3919 Ward St, Houston, TX 77021). Middle School students from the Lawson Academy will work alongside girls at Foster to empower, inspire and help them develop social skills for future success. The program will include interactive educational activities aimed towards helping students gain a better understanding of the potential long-term implications of bullying, in addition to the value in being a positive influence in the lives of girls.
