Family of boy who died after being left in day care bus files lawsuit

KPRC is reporting that the family of 3-year-old Raymond “R.J.” Pryer has filed a lawsuit in his wrongful death case. The toddler was left in a day care bus van last month after returning from a field trip with the Discovery Me Academy. He was left in the van for more than four hours and died of heat exhaustion.
