Tour, featuring special guests Travis Scott and D.R.A.M., will see 17 cities beginning July 12 in Phoenix at the Gila River Arena, including stops in Dallas, Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Boston, and Vancouver, culminating in a triumphant return to hometown Los Angeles on August 6 at Staples Center. UT-Austin). Filed on May 16, 2019—on the eve of the 65th anniversary of Brown v. Board—this latest attack follows two prior, failed challenges by Blum in both federal and state courts to eliminate UT-Austin’s individualized consideration of race in its admissions program.
