Pixel Dash Studios, a Louisiana Technology Park member company which develops video games and other digital media, partnered with New Orleans-based production company Top Right Corner to develop digital versions of The Masked Singer stage using LIDAR technology. The digital sets were used in various promotions for the television show, including a spot for the upcoming movie Scoob!

President Biden’s June 15 announcement of providing an additional $1.2 billion in aid to Ukraine is irresponsible. The United States should not contribute more assistance to Ukraine until NATO members contribute more, and until there is accountability firmly in place and it is clear that the alliance is fully supporting Ukrainian goals and requirements to bring Russia to negotiations to end its aggression in Ukraine. Just one month ago Congress approved a $40 billion aid package for Ukraine with little oversight over how these funds will be spent.

Members of the Texas Southern University Board of Regents have unanimously appointed Mary Evans Sias, Ph.D. to assume the role of interim president. Dr. Sias, a member of the TSU Board of Regents and appointed by Texas Governor Greg Abbott in October 2020, has resigned from her board role during this interim period. The role will become effective June 30th. The Acting Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Dakota Doman, will remain in place until the beginning of the interim presidency term.
