Macy's Announces Charitable Campaign for the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country’s Uvalde Strong Fund

Macy’s customers and colleagues can round-up in-store purchases to support those affected by Uvalde’s Robb Elementary School tragedy

Macy’s is committed to strengthening the Uvalde community as they begin the recovery and healing process. From now through Thursday, June 9, 2022, select Macy’s stores will offer customers the opportunity to round up their in-store purchase to the nearest dollar (up to $.99) to benefit the Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country’s Uvalde Strong Fund for the Uvalde community. One hundred percent of all funds raised will help provide aid to families affected by this recent tragedy.

Students can receive up to $2,000 for planning a virtual or socially-distanced event that focuses on voter education and engagement, will have access to a Young Voter Resource Guide, and will be invited to participate in a series of webinars led by members of the national Election Protection coalition.
