Mercilus, works with his foundation, WithMerci, which focuses on helping families with children with disabilities; each year Mercilus and the foundation serves Thanksgiving dinner to nearly 50 families at Texas Children's Hospital. Mercilus brought along DJ and Producer Rican McGusty (AKA DJ Big Reeks) from the Waxaholics, also his partner in this giving back mission, Keith Sullins, President of Papa John's Houston, to help deliver 125 pizzas.
