Astros Timely Hits Leads Them To Victory Over The Rockies
The Houston Astros got a much-needed win on Tuesday night defeating the Colorado Rockies 5-0 at home to end the Rockies winning streak at four-games. They picked up their 6th shutout win of the season and remained two games ahead of the Oakland A’s in the A.L. West. Houston improved to 67-46 on the year behind a strong pitching performance by starter Jake Odorizzi who didn’t allow a run in five innings.
