Harris County Attorney Vince Ryan filed a lawsuit against an east Harris County cement plant on Monday, accusing it of spreading cement dust onto the East Belt feeder and allowing cement waste to flow into storm drains.

TSU National Alumni Convention Travels to New Orleans
The Texas Southern University National Alumni Association (TSUNAA) will hold their 2017 National Alumni Convention from July 20-23, at the Le Pavillon Hotel in New Orleans.
