Today, the Alliance for Aviation Across America welcomed passage of H.R. 2, the Moving Forward Act. Specifically, the organization recognized the inclusion of $30 million through 2025 for the development of sustainable fuel and technologies, as well as $4 billion through 2025 for the Airport Improvement Program (AIP). The bill also included $3 billion out of the General Fund for 2021, which will increase by $250 million per year up to $4 billion in 2025, and provides critically needed funding for airports around the country.
