Sheryl Crow Performing at the Farrah Fawcett Foundation's Star-Studded Tex-Mex Fiesta Benefit on October 20th
The Farrah Fawcett Foundation (FFF) has announced that this year's 4th biennial Tex-Mex Fiesta Benefit will be held in Dallas, Texas. Co-Chairs Alana Stewart and Jaclyn Smith will join headliner, Sheryl Crow, and emcee of the evening, George Hamilton, for an entertaining program that will honor Linda Gray. All proceeds raised will go directly to the American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge and Stand Up To Cancer.

Internationally acclaimed artist LeRoi Johnson’s retrospective exhibition encompasses a transformative new approach to community collaboration
Bold, bright colors, a spirit of community connection, and cultural exchange are all central to the work of renowned artist LeRoi Callwell Johnson. Incorporating a vibrant span of influences from personal experiences, and African, Caribbean, and South American cultures, Johnson’s paintings have been exhibited and recognized in major art centers across the United States and around the world. Now, on November 11, the Burchfield Penney Art Center at SUNY Buffalo State will present LEROI: Living in Color, the artist’s first museum retrospective. Over 70 pieces of Johnson’s artwork will be on display in what he defines as the most significant exhibition of his 50-year career.
Men Are Four Times As Likely to Commit Suicide. Why?
In 2020, according to the CDC, suicide took the lives of over 45,979 men, women, and children. That’s one death every 11 minutes. Not only is suicide an epidemic for the general population, it’s the third leading cause of death for boys and the 9th leading cause of death for all males. Women are 1.5 times more likely to attempt suicide than men, however men are still 4 times more likely to die as a result.
